Captain Danny Rourk is a native Beaufortonian and grew up in the pluff mud and salt marsh and fishing the local waters. He has been a licensed Coast Guard Captain since 1995 and has been fishing full time since 2003.
Captain Dan was the Chairman of the Low Country Chapter of the CCA (Coastal Conservation Association) for 15 years and is a current board member , he was a past President of the Beaufort Sport Fish and Diving Club, and has won the RFA Redfish Tournament event held on Hilton Head Island, SC.
